how do i export a .3ds file as a .jms file?

ok so yeah the title pretty much says what i need to know but is there like a plug in or something to do that?

Use Chimp for 3ds Max. Google it.

ok geez i was using the video tutorials from halomods.com and i got chimp but i dont know how to use it

Maxscript, run script.

that still doesnt work! i went to maxscript and hit run script and choose chimp but it didnt do anything! and when i tried to export it as a .jms file it still didnt work! plz just tell me what to do!
