HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

I have NET Framework and Dot Halo and H2 edit but when i try and load them it says an exception has been made and when i try and load a level like relic or something it says i cant open .map files what do i need so i can open .map flies?

im tryin to edit the level not open it on my xbox if thats what your wondering,that and whats a good program to use to make BR and stuff auto???
