applying a mod... im confused, plz help

i am trying to do a lvl mod i did everything, but i tried to play the lvl and it says that the map file is corrupted. it says you might need to reinstall halo, should i do that to make the map work?????? plz help!!!!!!! thx in advance.

i had that problem. did u mess with the three other maps (mainmenu, Shared, Single shared) thats how i got that prib. i just replaced all my maps with the originals and it fixed the prob.

I believe he is talking about Halo PC, you dont 'install' Halo 2.
(If you are talking about PC forgive me, I just know that you mod Halo 2)
