Ok, here is my problem: every single time I have tried to load a modded map, it fails to load. So much so that all I can think to do is turn here for help. I have tried to mod terminal, the triplicate map, and it fails to load when I transfer it over to the xbox.I have tried to sign it with the following applications:
ADI
Dot Halo
Encryptomatic signiture
H2MapProtector
MapResig
If it helps, all of these programs came from a list in the Halo Tool Kit V1 program. I can't figure out what I am doing wrong. I've tried looking for people who have had similar problems and when I try what they have done, it's not working for me. Please, if anyone can help, I would appreciate it a lot. Thanks

They are in the Tdata folder, both where I first FTP'd the maps from, and where I ftp them back to

ok I see that you have to open a map called mainmenu, where is this located? Am I correct in assuming that its not in the 3 map pack downloads?

It's called main menu, I would assume its the MAIN MENU. It's on your Halo 2 disc.

There's my written tutorial on how to add maps to the main menu...might be more helpful then a video, you won't need to pause and you can go at your own pace. =)

And there IS a way you can make modded maps work in TDATA, but you can't choose them.

1) Delete everything in the folders with the .maps except the .maps themselves.

2) Send the fixed map over just like you normally would.

3) Load up Halo 2, you will get a "The content you have downloaded is damaged blah blah blah."

4) Go into a System Link game.

5) Have someone pick the map, then give you back host position.

6) Play the map, kthnxdone.

Yes you can, just FTP the contents of the D drive *while Halo 2 is in your disc drive* onto your computer. Send everything over except the single player maps. DO NOT FORGET TO SEND OVER SHARED.MAP, SINGLE_PLAYER_SHARED.MAP, AND MAINMENU.MAP

the singleplayershared im pretty sure is unnesesary because i was looking to save space when i had another game on my drive so i deleted the singleplayershared.map which took up half a gig and everything worked fine in the game.
