Virus mb?

For some reason I can't see anything in y device manager and all my network connections are gone exept the ones I made manually, and whenever I shut down my laptop my windowblinds settings are lost and I have to reapply everything. Also I think this is the thing the hid my system32 folder. If anyone else had this problem could you tell me what to use to fix it because I think its a virus. I checked on google for blank device manager and it found A LOT, but after trying everything they said on half the pages and not having them help I decided it was a virus.
