what is a capture card and what does it do?

can someone please send me a link to were I could buy one

and does it work on the xbox 360?
CHEATING: taking advantage over another team/opponent.... NOT MODDING?

A card you put in your computer in order to capture video and still images from an external device, such as a game system. Yes, it will work with the 360. Google it. This is for Halo help, not "where to buy capture card" help.
