HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

anyways, I was checking out all the halo mods elite stuff and downloaded some skins and mods. and well, they are rar files, but here is my question...how on earth do I put it into halo (or the halo custom edition I don't really know) so I can play around with them and use them? and if it helps, I am using a pc and using the pc version of halo. oh and one of the files are a zip file and it says it is a unknown file

you have to decompress the files. After that you may need some tools. Go to the "New Users Click Here" section, and then to the Sterter kit. It should have everyting you need.
