Yes, if its the same file size (not length), you have to replace the mainmenu music using Glitchy Guardian's tool. (Search 'mainmenu music') - You cant do it if it is larger, and to have it constantly playing you would have to swap the ambient noise (or something you hear all over the map) with the mainmenu music loop.
