HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

My utilities folder which had all my Halo Modding tools got lost while transfering some files. In it contained Phenomena's plugins. I searched through all his topics, but all the links for the downloads to his plugins were dead. Would anyone happen to have his plugins available, which you could send me? Thanks.

Sure =D I always keep two things of hmt (one has basic and one has phenen-- well i can't spell it)...
