Evox Dashboard Connection???

My xbox has had no connection problems as of now.
I went to my cousins house with my xbox he has no computer to ftp.
So i kome back home and reconnect everthing correctly. And tried to ftp something it didnt work. Then i go to my M$ dashboard and it says Cannot konnect to XBL. So then i reboot my xbox. The M$ Dasboard didnt it appear it stayed black. So i restored my M$ dashboard with my exploit it said "ERROR:Cannot restore
Actions: Delete
Then i reboot my xbox and i was connected to XBL! so i rebbot my xbox and it worked again. So i go back to my Evox dashborad and try to FTP it didnt work. Then i reboot back into M$ Dasboard and it said not connected this process happened every time i tried! So Basically the problem is that my Evox Dasboard is disabling connection! Plese help!

go to your settings on your evox dashboard and check that your ip is static
and check your ip under the settings and make sure it matches the one your trying to connect to
