missing file needed

ok, i just got Adobe After Effects Pro V 6.5, and it wont install, apparently, the file JAPANE~1 (a cabinet file) is missing, my cousin is like, 6 years old, and he started clicking on the keyboard, and deleted that file, anyway, if any of you have Adobe After Effects V 6.5, please PM me with JAPANE~1.cab (doesnt need the .cab at the end...) or post it here, and im not sure if this IS illegal, or not, but i doubt it...
