Headlong Sky Bitmaps
I've just started to work on changing Headlong's sky. I've pulled off the four bitmaps related to the sky and photoshoped them in the exact same way (Hue and lighting changes). We inject them back in and the sky shows up. Here is the problem. There are four occurances of the sunlight_scattered bitmap in the sky. While in the regular map, the areas where sunlight_scattered shows up looks nothing like the bitmap it is using and blends together fine. When I inject my friend's change of the bitmap, the areas in the sky show the exact bitmap we made, which has four horizontal bars. The original has the same bars but looks nothing like the bitmap in the game. Another problematic bitmap is the ec_misty_mask. When we put it back in, it was strangly tiled but pieces of it showed up. Anyone here have experience with Headlong's sky layout? Or can someone tell me about the MIP settings on the bitmaps?
