HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

ok ive been looking in this site for a while and i just cant seem to find what im looking for...or maybe i am im just retarded and cant find it...so if anyone could explain or sent me in the right direction would be great...

ok i had someone install a mod chip just for things like n64, snes, nes, etc...well i have a friend who has the same thing done to his xbox and we used to play on his halo 2 maps that were modded...but we recently stopped being friends and he never taught me how to mod my maps etc...so ive been trying to read everything on these boards but i dont understand how to do it...can someone take the time out and explain this to me..thanks...
