Help on exporting on 3DS PLEASE HELP!

HELLLPPPPP!!!!!!I go into 3ds open my map and try to export it as a .Jms file and it comes up with a message. I dont know what to do. It is the second time its done this. 
It Reads: No Actors to export
I need help PLEEEEASE Im trying to finish my new map, its like Area 52 but longer and harder
