You need a modded xbox, crossover cable, ftp program, and the maps on both your computer and xbox harddrive.

ok so whats the FTP program? and would action replay work or no? and how much would a modded xbox be

No, you cant do it with action replay.
You need to buy a modchip or softmod your xbox.
