colors of ppl

hey everyone, i have an intel integrateg video card runs halo smoothly, but all the textures are smeered and what-not, and everybody is white, no red or blue or yellow, all white (their armor). and i was wondering if their was a way to make colors appear without buying a new video card, like editing a config file or something. Thx for the help
