Ok i recently got HEK (halo editing kit) and i get a dll error, i have halo ce (not pc) and i have windows 98, what do i need for HEK to work?

Well Halo ce wont even work if you dont have Halo pc.
And never met anyone stupid enough to downloading HEK without Halo pc
installed so i dont know.

i have ce and pc...what i ment bye (not pc) is that i know the defferace, because i could have said i have halo ce which is also...pc? lol i do have em both lol
