I just noticed that whenever I do control alt delete, the task manager doesn't open up...
I wanted to do this because my Outlook wasn't send/recieving for some reason. I went to terminate the program to see if it would work, but the task manager never opened. Does anyone know what could be wrong???

My friend had this problem, but also had a promblem that I had a while back.. that doesn't make sense. Explain:
I had a computer problem. Lets call it A. My friend had a differenet problem but also had mine. Call it B. So he had A+B. So when I fixed mine and told him how to fix his, his problem was solved as well. (I forgot to mention that B = your current problem.) So if A = B, then you can kind of assume that-- *Shut up Ketchup*
My problem was some sort of dummy .com file was in my sys32 folder. Apparently Windows priority order has .com above .exe. So when ever I ran Start>Run cmd, it would launch cmd.com. Which was a bad file, so after looking around I found an awesome Tech Support site. Head to http://www.webuser.co.uk/forums/login.php
It's an awesome forum and Bricat is VERY helpful. (Unlike me. =( )

Outlook or Outlook Express? Outlook Express is a touchy-flinchy pain in the azz. You have to wait for that screen that comes up in the back that says Welcome! before you do anything, else it freezes. (At least for me).
