WTF Control - Alt - Delete!!??

I just noticed that whenever I do control alt delete, the task manager doesn't open up...

I wanted to do this because my Outlook wasn't send/recieving for some reason. I went to terminate the program to see if it would work, but the task manager never opened. Does anyone know what could be wrong???

umm, did you fix the problem or is this non responsive program still going in the background? if you had to reboot, don't worry, thats what happens, its a perfectly natural problem when your computer is infected with windows. trust me, happens to me all the time.

You don't understand what I was trying to do. I know how to unfreeze a computer...

I was trying to terminate Outlook, since it wouldn't send/recieve correctly. Then the task menu wouldn't come up.

its a virus, i had it once to

all you have to do is go to windows/system(32) (not sure which) folder find the task manager exe, and copy it to your desktop, now open that task manage, and go find winupdate.exe and end that mother fucker
