Mask/change .exe process

I need to change the .exe process name of a program. I think maybe there could be a way to change it, something like changing the title frame yada yada, or mask the exe process somehow. How can I mask or change the process?

Ok.... I want to change a proccess from lets say computer.exe to another .exe name like computer25.exe . Or maybe just make the application invisible. Any ideas?
