pure noob needs help

ok im trying to connect my pc to my xbox on a ftp program. ive done so and i have a ftp program called ftp voyager ( i cant use flash because the trial ran out) and i cant get them to connect to each other, how can i connect my pc to my xbox (ftp wise)? and after i get them ok ftp connected what do i goto on my mod box (i have evox and avalaunch)? please help me please.
