What type of popup? Can ya print screen one?
You probably have spyware, run a spyware/virus scanner.

Well, there are a few things that could be causing pop-ups. One being IMs. Just sign out of your messengers while you play. The other reason could be because of internet pop-ups. However, they should not just randomly pop-up. It they do, then that means you probably have some form of Spy/Ad-ware.
To find out, goto Start>Run>cmd
Once in DOS, type in ipconfig/release
That will release your DHCP IP for your computer. (If your network connection doesn't support DHCP, then it will just say that that adapter is not able to do that command.)
Once the IP has been released, run Halo. If pop-ups continue to occur, then there's your problem right there. Spy/Ad-ware. If that is the problem, then exit Halo, go back to DOS, type in ipconfig/renew to renew your DHCP IP, and then post here/PM me/IM me.

Spyware. Head to
www.webroot.com and find 'SpySweeper'. That is absolutely THE best program out there. Or IM me cause I have the trial sitting on my desktop as we speak.
