ok, next to my monitors cord on my comp is an s-video.
could it be used for capturing?
or for a monitor?

If it's a nVidia card i'm pretty sure you can use it for capturing, as I did on my old GeForce one.

You can do a print screen, or use Fraps to record video on your computer screen.

Or do you mean using the PC screen as a monitor to play your Xbox game on?

to capture the xbox screen, but i cant.

Your just gonna have to buy a capture card, I mean, theyre not too expesnive, well at least theyre not over here in england.

Can anyone post a link to a capture card that works and is good quality please

i have the same thing, it is for out put onto a TV
