How do I make it so everyone can run as fast as me?

Okay, here's my problem:

I've modded Relic from scratch, and it is completely done, except for one thing. I figured out how to make everyone jump as high as me, but I can't figure out how to make them run as fast as me. So far, every one loves this mod, but that is the ONE thing it is lacking. Someone please tell me how to do this. Thanks

EDIT: By the way, this is for Halo 2...

I don't really edit jump/running values so i'm afraid I cant really help, can anyone else help?

Most likely he was bumping the post up to the top, because he realized there was a person in need of an answer who hadn't gotten one. Thank you for the bump, geo. I appreciate it.

Just because I didnt know the answer to his problem doesn't mean I dont wanna help him. So, just get off my back for five minutes... i'm just trying to make people feel more welcome, even if I didnt manage to help him.

If you don't add anything to the thread, the it techincally is spamming. Which we all are guilty of.. but some moreso than others. (I wonder who the 'others' are...)
Just make them have the patch applied. If you say no, then you are trying to mod over a network. Such as xbl and no one is going to help you.
