DotHalo plugins

i have checked in my Halo 2 folder under dothalo plugins and i have confirmed that i do have the matg -mm- and ITMC plugins but they do not appear when i open dothalo. How can i fix this?
Notice in dothalo, in the tag editor, it says Plugin: blah/blah/Halo 2/matg.xml
Thats what it needs to be named, rename it.
