File forum is being wierd

I can't post stuff on the file forum! everytime I login in there it says "This account is either inactive or dissabled please try again" Did a mod ban me from it or somthing? Did I do nething wrong?If I did I'l not do wutever I did again. PLZ HElp I have a good mod I wanna post (O.O is it my sig! O CRAP!I'm changin my sig!)
