What tag do i use to skin a level?

Is there like a scenario dds texture, or do i have to skin every tag in the map? Also, My XBC isnt working rihgt, i get the server to show up on my xbox, i click a to join but it gives me the connection screen, then , Unable to join server at the time please wait a moment and try later. What do i do, thanx

Bitm tag.
I dont know about XBC. Use Kai. Better. Less lag. Less noobs.

XBC = n00b version of Kai. Use Kai.
And if you are getting 'Failed to join errors' then that means you have not opened all the correct ports on your PC/Firewall/Router.
