Failed To Load Resources

Im trying to open up DeltaCliffs in insolence to get a character from it but i cant open it up in insolence. It says "Failed To Load Resources, please check your setup" Does anyone know why this is happening, or if i can use another program, please tell me.

Insolence cannot open all maps at the moment.
Just wait for V2 of it.
