Cubemaps

Does anybody know how I save cubemaps? I've tried many times but whenever I import it using HMT it says it is the wrong size and it gets corrupted. Anybody know how or know of a tutorial that says how to save cubemaps?

You could maybe send Warlord a PM, He redid the Elite's cubemap for me on a mod I did a while ago....
