I've looked high and low, searched for the better part of 2 hrs during work for this simple answer.

How do I edit player respawn times in dot halo??????????

the only way 2 do that is 2 mod a gamesave w/ Sav3r and make the respawn time w/e u want and the only thing u can mod is where ppl spawn and u have 2 use glitchy guardian's coordinate finder and player respawn program
