Help with added maps to mainmenu

I got them to show up , I got the hex right, the main menu mod right, but now when i press start game it says, i failed to load map, wtf is the problem

Did you fix the maps encryption? If it says 'Failed to Load' then it's usually an encryption error.

i don't mod my halo 2, but just a guess, it may be the fact that you updated halo on xbl

ya u cant have the moddin update or it wont work u need 1.1 or 1.0

The update won't give the 'Failed to load map' error.
It will flat out not let you play the map. It will look like it's working but it will just kick you back to the pre-game lobby with no error(s).

To me it will just go 1-2 seconds and it will immediatly say "Failed To Load the Map"
