How do I choose the starting weapon?

Right now I've got dothalo and h2x. Can I use any of these programs to do that?

Ummm in the game's options...go to Starting Weapon...and/or Secondary Weapon....you can do it in Quick Options too.

Actually, I meant in Dothalo, as in a forced starting weapon. Anyway, I found out how to do it.
