3DS no move tool problem

In 3DS Max 7 I have had it for a while and I had a move tool but I hit a button and it dissaperaed. I've tried looking in views and everything and I cant find anything, please help me get back.

I think u might have to go to window not view. I accidently got ride of a tool bar an i went there an found it. If i remeber right
