Ok, let me point out several things first.
This is a Halo Modding forum. Not the best place to ask about video and such.
I'm not telling you to go away or offending you, im just pointing out that this may not be the best place to ask these kind of questions.
Anyways, to answer your question, you need to get a capture card, or any card that has a s-video in. Then use your favorite editing program to capture that footage, or take screenshots, etc.
