HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

When I start it up, it looks all pixely, really crap, too stretched, then I go to start campaign and then new game. I start it up and some of the images are missing, some of the things are plain white, but still move. It then tells me to look around and I attempt to and then it freezes, it won't allow me to minimize it, I tryed alt+ctrl+delete to close the program and that doesn't even come up.

I just installed it too, I asked my friend if I could borrow his and he let me. So it's fresh, and works fine on his appearantly, but I've never seen him play it, but he talks about it alot, so it must be working fine.

I think he is talking about CE=Combat evolved not CE=Custom edition. Notice how he says campaign . (Moved to tech questions and problems forum)

as long as he has a decent computer he should be fine. i have halo on my computer and it runs fine. i dont even have a video card, all i have is the internal one in my computer. runs nice and smooth.
