Dark Matter???

I have seen all these sick tutorials on importing objects and so on with darkmatter. I have made my own objects with 3D Max but i aint got DarkMatter and when i search for it, it isn't there.Do uknow were its gone and if so would u be able to get it back? thx in advance!
