How do i use it to make my scenario into a map? do i have to use all teh button options? or do i just compile the map?i need some help. sucks that kornman00 didnt make a tut on how to use it.

First you have to set the Halo CE directory under the properties menu, if you haven't done so yet.
Then you go to the check box thingy that says "Build-Cache-File". You then select the scenario file you want to compile into a map, and click the button "Run Tool".

if i have custom weapons and vehicles in teh map, how do i get those in too? cos everytime i run CE and click the map, once it says contacting net server, it then goes to loading map, shows my characters name and then it just gets an exception error.

You have some error? Are you sure you placed your spawn points in Sapien. All that content that you want gets placed with Sapien. Flags, spawn points, vehicles, scenery, etc.
