Sapien Problem

Everytime I try to add a custom vehicle a a message box appears saying " Not all the selected tags could be loaded onto the palette" and then it doesn't show the vehicle I'm trying to add in the gamebox and I can't compile the scenario tag into a map, Could someone help me with this and explain why it happens please?
