Dot Halo error

Wow, #1 wrong topic, #2 no link to movie...

when i try to open dot halo through winrar i get an error while it extracts.
it says "The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click okay to terminate program"

if there is a way to fix this can someone plz help me if not can you give me a different program similar to this one

yes i know i am a noob to modding

do a search for it. gooooooogle.

when it shows the list of results, choose the microsoft.com one
