Accidental Ban

I got an email months ago saying I was accidentially banned
can I be unbanned plz??The following is an email sent to you by an administrator of
"files.halomods.com". If this message is spam, contains abusive or other
comments you find offensive please contact the webmaster of the board at the

A problem with our banning system ocured. It accidentaly banned a number of Ip
adresses. It is currently being fixed.
