Help modding Profile names and Custom Game names to icons

Hi, i have seen this done lots but i dont know how its done, Can somebody please tell me how i insert icons into my Halo 2 profile name and Custom Game names? Thanks

thats Action replay. All you need is a porgram called "Sav3r" do a search for it. you need action replay or am odded xbox to make those
