boat for halo 2?

hi sorry for the question but is it possible to make like a boat or speed boat for halo 2 that will actually float on the water and is drivable?
[EDIT] well wut about a warthog hovercraft that hovers above the ground?

You might be able to get the model in, but i dont know how you could make it float, everything sinks because the game water isnt a real material that things can float on.
