help?

ok....im not sure if this is the right forum but if it isnt please move it to the right forum. just tonight i was walking around my bloodgulch map and certain parts were flickering when i was moving around and moving my camera and everything. it was weird, sorta like the part of the level disappearing for a second. i tried replacing it again with my backup map, to no avail, it still was like that. i then thought maybe it was on other levels too, and i went to sidewinder and gephyrophobia but it was still the same... any thoughts on what it could be? i know it isnt serious but its very annoying, thanks in advance! 
i was playing a blood gulch game like half an hour ago and it was fine...
