serenity patches not encrypting rite

i aplpy the serenity patch and then itry to resighn it i cant and when i look AT THE DOT MAP ITS ACTUALLY BIGGER FROM THE ORIGINIAL MAP FILEand idont know how to use encrytomatic so can someone help me
