Cant find Map. Can somebody help?

Iv'e been looking for a map named Hypothermia that has been on some of the Halo CE Chrolicles but im failing to find it anywhere. I tried a search here, on halomaps.org and on halo-universe, but with no luck.
Can someone tell me where to find this map?
