I wan't to make the tires on the warthog bigger. How would I do that? Thanks!

go to the mode tag and find the warthog tires and make it bigger in the tag editor

Yes he did, right here http://files.halomods.com/viewtopic.php?t=36637 but I don't know if Insolence works with Halo PC, I've never really used it.
