changing weapon damage

I am making a mod and I want to make some slight changes to weapon damage. How can I do this?

ah...sorry...I was looking under the weapons tab...I'm dumb.
But I can model pretty good. I've been modding for a while...kinda... I cant model for pc well because you cant add any vertices, but i can make my own models fine.
I can make skins good with a uv mapping prog, but otherwise its hard.

Hey...wait a second...there is no damage tab! I looked at the big headers like bitmaps and weapons, not there.
I looked on the thing that shows when you click on a weapon under the weapons tab. NOTHING!!!!!!

because u said the damage tab wasnt there and found it later
because u couldnt find it
because u said i was wrong about the 1st thing ive ever modded the damage, the bitmaps, the decals, the vehicles, the weapons, and the projectiles and many more
but glad to help
not to many ppl help around here
