Please don't use all caps in your posts. it's annoying.
And this sounds like a very good starter mod for you to try to make. I'd suggest using HMT to do some projectile swaps and modify the damage/splash damage and increase the fireball size. There should be some tutorials on how to do this. Try the search button at the top of the page.
