hey i making a mod and wanted to know how make it so when your playing as in elite in bloodgulch how do you drive things like warthogs and tanks

also if i rebuild a map and put skins in it and you donwl;oad it and replace your map will you have the skins or do i have to amke a skin pff for the rebuilt map
