Audio Issues Dot Halo

ok i have Shared.map and single_player_shared.map
HOW COME DOT HALO WONT LET ME SAVE AUDIO CLIPS? it has the option to am i missing a key file that allows it to work cause i get erryor on maps when i try to get sounds
i also used CH2R and ofcourse its file name is SND! so i cannot play em at all which is stupid.can anyone help me with any ideas point me in some logical direction as to what am i doing wrong i dont have all the maps juat co-ag- lockout ascension, and Zazibar thats all do i need a map?
